Drink Warm Water after Meal

I read an email today about benefits of warm water. A good article informing us the that drinking warm water after meal will decrease the risk of heart attacks.


Drinking cold water after meal is the most common habits of man except for Chinese and Japanese who likes to drink hot tea with their meals. Though it is indeed very refreshing to have a cold water after meal but cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have consumed and slow down your digestion. Once this solid oily thing reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine and soon will turn into fats that can lead to cancer. To prevent this from happening it is best to drink hot soup or warm water after your meal.

Better act now than feel sorry later.
