After reading and posting some of the foods
that should be avoided while pregnant, this time here’s some of the foods that
I came across the internet that are good for mom to be and the developing baby;

At this point in time, it’s better to
include oatmeal, whole grain bread, or brown rice in you daily diet.


But please take note that eggs should not be consumed raw
or undercooked.
Low-Fat Yogurts – Accordingly, low-fat
yogurts contain more calcium than milk, and it is high in protein that your
body needed.
The foods listed above are readily
available in the supermarket. There still a lot of foods that pregnant women
should eat, so it is better to read and educate ourselves accordingly.
