Airwalk and Smartfit Footwears for Boys

Since its a holiday yesterday we found time to go shopping for a new pair of sandals/shoes for our little one. Xye's Fisher Price sandal that his pediatrician gave him on his baptism day is already worn out and badly needed a replacement. So off we went to Lim Ket Kai Mall since Xye also have P1000.00 cash gift from his Ninang Alma (my BFF in Zamboanga City). And we were among the first shoppers to enter at the mall yesterday morning.

First stop was the Robinson Dept. Store, but sadly we weren't able to find what were looking for. Aside from they are expensive, the sandals seem not so comfortable to Xye's little feet.

Good thing there is still a shoe store in the mall that we can go to, that sells US brand footwears, the Payless ShoeSource. (No photos taken inside the store, bawal daw!)

With the P1000.00 budget, we got Xye instead of one but two pairs of shoes.

A sport sandal from Smartfit, we got a bigger size for him (size 8) because I believe this footwear will last for years.

I come to love this brand for my little one. I already bought the same brand last year and indeed the inner soles or foot bed are really soft and comfortable. I'm sure the little ones wearing them can withstand walking and running for hours.

The Smartfit sport sandal has a skid resistant outer sole, just what little boys who love to play need. And the two adjustable straps make it very easy and convenient to put on, you know how  boys are, very difficult for them to stay in place. With price tag of P 625.00 ($14.5) a little cheaper compared to other brands I saw at Robinsons DS.

Did I mentioned two pairs? Yeah!

The next pair is an Airwalk Convert Clogs. Just what a little boy need during the rainy season.

A lightweight shoes, soft and comfortable with breezy cut out design makes it cool to wear. At discounted price of P 357.00 ($8.3) a way much cheaper compared to Crocs clogs.

Payless has become my favorite shoe store for my boy, I actually bought Xye's Avenger and Spiderman shoes there and the little one really loves them.

Disclaimer: This is not a paid post, I'm only sharing my views about the products.

  1. That was a steal! Payless also has good pairs for adults -- but more of a hit or miss sort of thing :)

I really appreciate if you can leave some footprints here. Have a Nice Day!
